By placing an order on DreamShaper, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Services

The services I offer include:

• l’impression 3D en résine ou plastique à partir de fichiers STL, FBX et OBJ.
• Miniature painting.

These services are described and illustrated on the DreamShaper website.
Please ensure that you have the legal rights to your files before requesting printing and/or painting. As I cannot verify these rights myself, this is your responsibility. Once the product is completed, it fully belongs to you. However, I reserve the right to take photos/videos of it to showcase my work on the website or social media.

Requesting a quote

You can request a quote via the form at https://dreamshaper.fr/en/devis/Please clearly outline your needs and verify the submitted information carefully. I will contact you by email or any other communication method you provide to discuss your request in detail and offer you a quote. This quote includes the execution of the order as well as its delivery (excluding any applicable delivery taxes) and provides an estimated completion date.
Important : les deux parties peuvent se rétracter à tout moment, sans avoir à se justifier, tant qu’aucun devis n’a été signé. Aucune modification de la commande ne pourra être acceptée après signature du devis.

Order process

1. You contact me by submitting a quote request at https://dreamshaper.fr/en/devis/.
2. We discuss your project. The client’s request is refined at this stage, concluding with the signing of a quote. Please be precise, as no changes can be made after the quote is signed.
3. Upon receipt of the quote, the client has two weeks to make the payment.
4. I complete your order within the timeframe specified in the quote, unless affected by circumstances beyond my control (illness, accident, etc.). I reserve the right to cancel the order if it cannot be fulfilled for any reason. In such a case, you will receive a full refund.
5. Your order is shipped to the delivery address you provided. Upon receipt, you must check the condition of the package before accepting it. While I take great care in packaging and protecting your products, if there are any issues, you should refuse the package. Any applicable delivery taxes will be at your expense.

Pricing and payment

The price is given in euros and will be mentioned in your quote. To ensure secure transactions, payments must be made at the time of order via PayPal (goods and services) or bank transfer.

Right of withdrawal

As the products I offer are customized, they are not subject to a right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code (https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/codes/article_lc/LEGIARTI000044563170).

Warranty and after-sales service

If you encounter any issues with your product upon receipt, you can contact me at mailto:contact@dreamshaper.fr for assistance. If the products are damaged during use by the client, I may be able to repair them upon request if possible, but this service will be charged.

Modification of the Terms and conditions of sale

As my services may evolve, these General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be modified at any time. The updated version will apply to orders placed after the new terms are published.
