First, you contact me via the quote request form. I will get back to you quickly to discuss your needs in more detail and provide you with a completion date and a price. If we reach an agreement, I will proceed with your order, and you will make the payment. More information can be found in the terms and conditions of sale.

It all depends on your request, it can take anywhere from a few hours to several days. A deadline will be provided when you receive the quote, but you can generally expect anywhere from one week to a month for both printing and painting.

It depends on the material. Plastic prints can go up to 22 x 22 x 26 cm, while resin prints can go up to 33 x 18.5 x 40 cm.

Currently, I do not offer an open modeling service. However, for simple parts, it may be possible. If the model is rigged, it is usually possible to print it in a specific pose. A reference image or text would be appreciated, and there will be back-and-forth communication between us to ensure it meets your expectations before printing.

Absolutely, I’ve already made one (see in Gallerie VRChat avatar painting"). Note: since VRChat models are rigged, they can be printed in a specific pose.

It is impossible to provide upfront prices for a personalized service. Prices can vary greatly depending on the size of the model and/or the complexity of the painting. To give you a rough idea, expect a 3D print to range from 10 to 100 €, with simple painting starting at 15 €.

Depending on the amount and with my agreement, it is possible to pay in two installments: one at the beginning of the order, and the second before shipping.

When your project is confirmed and the quote is signed. By agreement, it is possible to pay a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% due when your product is finished, before shipping.

I accept payments via PayPal and bank transfers. Payments cover both the production and, if applicable, shipping costs, but not any potential taxes upon receipt.

Your product will be shipped under the conditions we have agreed upon (tracked package or with a signature), with appropriate protection for fragile items, of course.

Depending on your location, in-person pickup may be possible. In this case, no delivery fees will be charged.

Feel free to contact me if you encounter any issues. If you accidentally damage your product, I can attempt a repair if possible or remake it, but this will incur an additional charge.
